At ANDUSLIM, we strive for full customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the product within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be in good, original condition and returned in its original packaging.
- A return box is provided with your order to facilitate the return process.
Product Condition
The ANDUSLIM unit must be clean, undamaged, and fully functional to be eligible for return. Returns not meeting these requirements may be refused or partially refunded.
Examples of unacceptable damage include:
- Tears or holes in the mattress surface
- Stains or discoloration from spills or improper cleaning
- Excessive wear, such as fraying or flattened filling
- Broken or non-functioning components (e.g., massage motors or remote control)
Accessories
All accessories originally supplied with the ANDUSLIM unit must also be returned in their original packaging and in good condition.
Accessories include, but are not limited to:
- Remote control
- Adapter
- Power plug
- User manual
If any accessories are missing, ANDUFIT reserves the right to:
- Request the customer to ship the missing items at their own expense, or
- Deduct the value of missing items from the refund amount.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 7 business days.
Important Note on Return Period
The 14-day return period must not be exceeded. The specific return period is stated in your communication with HHP or on the return portal. Please ensure your return request is submitted within this period for correct processing.
